MPS will never charge you a fee to be placed in a temporary job, contract-to-hire or direct placement opportunity. Our goal is to create long-lasting employment partnerships.
Does MPS Technical have a minimum age requirement to work?
All candidates must be at least 18 years of age in order to be considered for employment with MPS Technical.

How do I apply with MPS Technical?
To apply with MPS Technical, simply contact one of our conveniently located offices to set up an appointment. Please be sure to bring an updated copy of your resume, employment authorization documents and professional references. You will have the opportunity at that appointment to meet with an MPS Representative that can assist you in the application process.
Why can’t I apply online for a job through MPS Technical?
MPS Technical feels it is crucial that we meet our candidates in person to discuss your employment objectives. This allows MPS to develop a thorough understanding of your skills and objectives in order to place you in the best possible employment setting. During your appointment in one of our offices, you will have the opportunity to sit with an MPS Representative and discuss your experience openly.
What do I need to do after I apply with MPS Technical?
MPS Technical will work diligently to present you with job opportunities that match your skills and needs. If we are unable to present you a job opportunity immediately, we encourage you to browse our job board for our latest openings. If there are any updates on your experience, contact information or availability, please contact an MPS Technical Representative immediately so we can keep your file updated.
Am I an employee of MPS Technical or the client that I am placed at?
When on assignment as a temporary or contract-to-hire employee, you are an employee of MPS Technical. All questions regarding paychecks, benefits and assignments should be directed to MPS Technical. In direct hire settings, you are an employee of the client immediately upon hire.
What do I do when I complete an assignment?
You will need to contact your MPS Representative within five days of your assignment ending in order to update your file. Your MPS Representative will already be aware of your status and will begin working with you to identify additional job opportunities for you.
