Am I an employee of MPS Technical or the client that I am placed at?

When on assignment as a temporary or contract-to-hire employee, you are an employee of MPS Technical. All questions regarding paychecks, benefits and assignments should be directed to MPS Technical. In direct hire settings, you are an employee of the client immediately upon hire.

What do I do when I complete an assignment?

You will need to contact your MPS Representative within five days of your assignment ending in order to update your file. Your MPS Representative will already be aware of your status and will begin working with you to identify additional job opportunities for you.
