Our On-Site human resources coordinator acts as an extension of your human resources department. MPS Technical’s on-site coordinator manages the entire flexible workforce. The on-site manager is responsible for employee recruiting and hiring as well as managing the on-going performance of the flexible staff.

Sometimes finding a group of the right employees requires taking our office on the road. Our Mobile Employment Office (MEO) is literally an employment office on wheels.
